Both acoustic and electric instruments will benefit from the clarity and precision of the USIP's all analog design. Subtle characteristics can be enhanced or corrected from each channel's unique three band semi-parametric equalizer. Adding to the USIP's versatility are three separate side chain effects loops and a stereo mix Input. Each channel, as well as the blended mono signal, has its own balanced XLR and line output. The unit's headphone out jack makes it simple to monitor or audition your sound, while the foot-switchable mute function and tuner jack allow for silent tuning in any situation.
The rack mountable all-aluminum chassis is 1.5 rack spaces high and features gold silkscreening on a deep ebony front panel. The electronics are powered by an A/C adapter which is included with each unit.
